Job Title: Class 3 Registered Building Inspector

Job Description:
We are seeking a Class 3 Registered Building Inspector to join our team for a legacy project involving the inspection and certification of 20 high-rise residential apartment buildings. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the project's compliance with building regulations and issue completion certificates where appropriate. This role offers flexible, part-time working hours and will last until project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of high-rise residential buildings to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Review and assess documentation related to building codes and standards.
• Issue completion certificates upon successful inspection.
• Maintain clear and accurate reports of each inspection.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications Required:

• Valid Class 3 Building Inspector registration.
• Full driving license with the ability to travel to sites around Walsall and surrounding areas.
• Previous experience in inspecting high-rise residential properties is preferred.
