30 hours a week, 2 weekdays and weekend
£16 per hour/ FTE £31,200K

The Role: We have an amazing opportunity for a new Chef to join us at the warm Bedgebury Cafe. You will be working with a warm team to run the cafe. The main duties to include:
Organising and managing the busy catering operation ensuring a successful and efficient service is provided.
You will prepare, and present food to the highest quality.
Working alongside the manager for stock management
Serve hot and cold food to the visiting customers
Identifying customer requirements with allergies
Ensure all legislation and procedures are adhered to.
Light kitchen duties, washing dishes and cleaning

What exactly are we looking for?
Experience in a kitchen environment required.
An enthusiastic and friendly individual who enjoys working as part of a team.
Excellent people skills with the team and customers
A willingness to learn new skills.
A passion for catering in a busy environment.
5 out of 7 days to include weekends and bank holidays.
