The Role: We have a great opportunity for a Chef to join us located in the most popular forest in the Tweed Valley - The Glentress Forest Café in Peebles!
Do you have a passion for creating delicious, nutritious meals? We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic Chef to join our client's café and provide nutritious meals in a warm and welcoming environment.
This is your chance to bring joy to others through your culinary skills, while being part of a supportive, caring team. We're looking for someone with strong cooking skills, a creative flair, and a commitment to quality.
What's on offer?

• Full-time, permanent contract.
• Ongoing training, development & progression opportunities including level 3 food hygiene

Day-to-day, you will:

• To support the catering manager running the kitchen in this busy café
• Prepping meals
• Baking cakes
• Stock rotation
• Managing allergens
• Working with catering manager to develop new menu ideas.
