Job Title: Caterer

Location: One Angel Square

Hourly Rate: £11.81

Hours: 8AM - 3PM

Lenth of assignment: 3 weeks

Candidate must hold an in-date Health and Safety Certificate

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality, nutritious meals for various events and functions hosted by the council.

- Always ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

- Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control.

- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a caterer or chef in a similar setting.

- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Health and Safety Certificate is essential.
