Job description

Are you an experienced, confident administrator with strong numeracy and organisation skills?

Northamptonshire Children's Trust Voluntary Adoption Agency are seeking a motivated and positive individual ready to take on a challenging role within a busy, county-wide team which provides support to adoptive families and those with children who are subject to Special Guardianship Orders.

In this role you will support the service with its management and payment processes in relations to Adoption Support Fund payments. This will involve managing spreadsheets and liaising with suppliers. It is a varied and rewarding role that requires a confident and positive person who learns quickly.

This role is working in a hybrid model with sometime in the office at One Angel Square, Northampton and some time working from home.

You will have previous experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team and good organisational skills, strong numeracy skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritise and work independently to strict deadlines.

You will have excellent communication skills and confidence in your ability to use systems designed to organise payments.

You will find it easy to liaise positively with Social Workers, Team Manager, external agencies and representatives as appropriate in matters relating to the clerical/administrative procedures for the service.
