We have the pleasure of working with an award-winning financial services business in Ipswich looking for a mortgage administrator to join their team. This particular business has a great working culture, specifically one that promotes hard work but also promotes positive social and wellbeing initiatives. You will be provided with a bespoke training programme to be able to help you undertake your role.

This particular role would suit somebody who has great customer service skills but is looking to progress in an office environment. The business promote internal promotions and a lot of their senior team came from roles similar to this in the business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Recieve and resolve any queries within SLA from clients, borrowers and their advisors in relation to the redemption of the mortgage or the Deeds records.
    * Ensure that amendments to borrower's accounts are made accurately and in accordance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
    * Ensure safe and secure storage of files and deeds at all times.
    * Control Deeds and file movements ensuring the location of physical documents is known at all times and correctly recorded on Link's systems.
    * Ensure that requests for information are responded to accurately and within SLA's.
    * Ensure that amendments to borrowers' accounts are made accurately and in accordance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
    * Ensure that enquiries for changes to borrowers' accounts are dealt with within mandated levels and in accordance with procedures. Report any breaches to the Operations Supervisor
    * Ensure that procedures reflect current practices. Report any required amendments to the Operations Supervisor.
    * Taking inbound and making outbound calls from customers

  • Ability to challenge information in a professional manner with third parties if needed
  • Ability to uphold standards and SLA's
