Job description

Our client is a professional award winning business in Ipswich who are looking to employ a Senior Pensions Administrator to join their team. This role would suit someone who has worked within the pensions industry, or has experience in payroll.

Duties:

  • Creation and maintenance of data for all new and existing clients
  • Transfers in and out of accounts in a timely manner
  • Maintaining Internet Banking system as necessary
  • Creation and maintenance of all clients in drawdown including the payment of clients income
  • Authorise journals and quality check Administrators output
  • Respond to tax related queries in a timely manner
  • Providing support to Investment Managers
  • Dealing with some of the more complicated transfer cases to ensure they are correctly processes

Experience

  • Experience in Payroll OR Pensions
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Analytically minded with high level of attention to detail
  • Qualifications relevant would be advantageous
  • Ability to work under varying level of workloads
