Property Support Officer
Pay: up to £16.37 PAYE per hour or £20.81 Umbrella DOE only, 37 hours per week, flexible around 8am-5pm
Monday to Friday
Location: Kettering - Office Based Only
Length of assignment: 3 months, but potentially longer

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of North Northamptonshire Council for a Property Support Officer to support the Housing Property Services team with a wide range of essential administrative duties.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the coordination and delivery of property completions, contributing to the council's ongoing housing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate property completions and manage the associated administrative processes.
Liaise confidently and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the team in achieving targets and progressing property purchases.
Review reports and handle sensitive information with accuracy and discretion.
Maintain and update spreadsheets and property records.
About You:
We're looking for someone with:
Previous experience in housing, ideally within an estate agency, conveyancing firm, legal environment, or housing association (this is essential).
Strong initiative and a proactive approach to progressing property transactions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage and interpret reports and data.
