Project Administrator
Pay: £12.59 per hour, 37 hours per week, 9am-5pm
Location: Peterborough - at least 2-3 times per week in the office
Length: 6 months

Opus People Solution are recruiting on behalf of Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council for 2 temporary Project Administrators to join their SEND project team to provide administrative support, to oversee the housekeeping of in-house database to ensure that it is fit for purpose; capable of appropriate management information reporting; being used to agreed procedures and to provide training and support as necessary o service staff.
To provide performance and monitoring information, in particular to assist the SAM Service in meeting, statutory deadlines and monitoring performance and provision. To ensure high levels of data quality and integrity by undertaking regular and routine data cleansing and to promptly investigate and resolve any data quality issues. Putting in place protocols to ensure consistent input of data by all staff in the SENI Service so that information held is of the highest possible standard, produce, share and review a range of KPI and performance reports from systems/databases and other sources for senior management and other administrative tasks.
We are looking for an experienced administrator with a high level of customer service and interpersonal skills, ability to work in an organised way and within set timescales in order to meet deadlines, experience of dealing with difficult telephone calls and the ability to demonstrate a calm, professional and polite manner, experience of data input and the ability to input this information correctly.
Post is offered for 6 months, full time (37 hours per week, 9am-5pm) with hybrid approach.
