Job description
Opus people solutions on behalf of Suffolk County Council are looking for a Practice Manage to join there CHRIS Team (Co-ordinated Help and Risk Intervention Service). This will be a locum role.
This role offers hybrid working, which will require you to work one day /week in office (Landmark House, Ipswich).
CHRIS is a risk support service which will focus upon the rapid assessment and stabilisation of riskin line with THRIVE and the Signs of Safety framework.
This role will require you
Work in conjunction with the senior team to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and responsive care to service users within the Crisis pathway in line with CQC requirements, NICE guidance, and Best Practice qualities and standards.
Participate in and contribute to the leadership of MDT Reviews and Triage meetings within the service.
Participate in a Management Duty Rota that covers CHRIS operational hours (8-8 Monday to Friday and (as agreed at MDT Reviews) weekends and bank holidays.
Be responsible for managing the delivery of effective and high-quality evidence-based treatment packages within the Crisis pathway.
Management advice, leadership, supervision, and operational management, appraisal, and Personal Development of staff.
Support with the senior clinical team in delivery of appropriate clinical training, meet the highest standard of evidence based clinical interventions based on care pathway packages.
Demonstrate clinical excellence in relation to clinical reasoning and decision making when managing complex cases.
Oversee the administration and allocation of personal budgets.
Undertake audits and service evaluation activities.
Commitment to promoting Recovery and Wellbeing and maximising independence throughout the Crisis pathway.
Support safeguarding supervision to the team with the Designated Nurse for Safeguarding.
Contribute to a positive learning culture and engage in, and support others to access, clinical supervision, and reflective practice.
Work in partnership with multi agencies to provide a consistent and joined up service experience for CYP and families.
Promote co-production and inclusion within the on-going development and delivery of the service, with stakeholders (e.g., Suffolk Parent Carer Network, Young Person participation workers).
Provide compassionate care that is based on empathy, kindness, respect, and dignity.
Pay rate- £45.00 per hour Umbrella /£36.42 per hour PAYE
