Job description

Opus People Solutions are seeking a Payroll Administrator in Ipswich.

Located in the town centre and working on a hybrid basis, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in payroll. Your new employer is recruiting due to internal promotion, and will support you to grow with a fully funded qualification in payroll once you've passed your probation period.

You don't need to have worked exclusively in payroll before, but you do need some payroll experience to be considered. Whether you are a seasoned payroll administrator or handle some payroll duties as part of your current role, we want to hear from you.

Day to day, you will:

  • Execute payroll processes from end-to-end for multiple payrolls, ensuring compliance
  • Investigate and resolve pay-related queries
  • Contribute to system and service improvements.
  • Ensure timely submission of pension documents.
