Are you an administrator looking for a part time role?

Are you based in Corby and available to start ASAP?

If so Opus People Solutions are looking for an Admin Officer on behalf of North Northamptonshire to join a busy and demanding team on an initial temporary basis.

Your main duties as an Admin Officer will include raising purchase orders for Refuse & Street Cleansing, purchasing queries, purchasing order goods receipting, processing of LAMS report and stationary orders. You will also be required to undertake general admin and filing, assist with Weighbridge ticket entry and in charge of reception/room bookings.

The successful candidate will need to be confident communicator at all levels, be able to work independently managing strict deadlines and a keen eye for detail.

  • This is an office-based role, located in Corby
  • Working hours are Monday - Friday 9.30 - 2.30 (this can be flexible)
  • Part-time basis- 20/25 hours per week
  • Initially a temporary assignment for 13 weeks but likely to be ongoing
