Note Taker - West Locality

Location: Hybrid - Working from Home and Onsite in Willenhall.
Hourly Rate: £13.91 per hour with potential pay increase every financial year.
Full time opportunity!
6 months with potential to extend.

What You'll Be Doing:

· Produce accurate minutes, undertake tasks and progress chase actions arising from panels/conference escalating issues as appropriate.
· To provide accurate minute and note taking at conference, panel and other statutory meetings. Ensuring minutes are completed within statutory timescales.
· Accurately record information including statutory registers, statutory cover rotas, case /appeal records whilst ensuring information is stored appropriately.
· To adhere to safeguarding policies and act in a way that safeguards the health, safety and well- being of vulnerable children, young people and their families at all times.
· To work with a range of partner agencies to ensure attendance at meetings and those meetings which are chaired by partner agencies / independent chairs are appropriately supported.

What You Bring:

· You've got administrative and organizational skills.
· Fast typing and note/minute-taking abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· You've got a keen eye detail and a passion for accuracy.
· Proficient in calendar management.
