- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
You can now begin working on this role while I await further confirmation from the Head of Legal regarding budget approval, job descriptions, and the full benefits package.
Contracts Lawyers (Permanent - 2 Roles)
Shropshire Council are also recruiting two permanent Contracts Lawyers. These are excellent opportunities to work on a varied and interesting caseload, covering:
- Service agreements
- Grant funding arrangements
- Construction contracts
- Social care and health-related contracts
- Estates and property-related matters
Positions Available:
- One full-time role
- One part-time role (3 days per week)
Location: Fully remote, with very occasional travel to the Shropshire offices (primarily for tasks like document sealing).
While caseload volume wasn't specified, most matters are relatively straightforward and low in complexity, with only a small number requiring more detailed input.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor, legal executive, or barrister
- Must have experience in public sector contract law
