Job Title: HR Advisor (School)
Pay Rate: £16.26 per hour
Working Hours: 37 hours (Part-time hours available)
Work Mode: Hybrid
Assignment Duration: 3 months
About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as an HR Advisor (School), providing expert advice on HR policies and procedures. This hybrid role focuses on sickness, disciplinary issues, grievances, attendance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide on HR policies, including sickness, disciplinary matters, grievances, etc.
- Ensure high customer service, delivering timely and cost-effective outcomes.
- Progress ill health cases, interpret occupational health reports, and devise staff return solutions.
- Support Headteachers/Principals in implementing the Sickness Absence Procedure.
- Produce and interpret routine HR data, supporting duties effectively.
- Conduct visits to employees during their absence, potentially at their home address.
- Support employees with re-deployment within the school/academy.
Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Ability to work to specified service standards.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
