Daily duties will include:

  • Managing Health, Safety and Environmental Activity and compliance with occupational health and safety (OSH) guidelines.
  • Maintain awareness of any legislative changes that will impact on the company. Maintain awareness of any legislative changes that will impact on the company.
  • Monitor all operations that affect QHSE and perform statistical analysis and deliver QHSE training, advice, and guidance to all areas of the business.
  • Oversee, manage, and develop external QHSE relationships and working alongside customers, all other departments.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and enforce preventative measures. Along with, conducting drills and exercises to ensure readiness in case of emergencies.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of occupational health and safety and relevant ISO requirements and always striving to find better ways of doing things.
  • Two years' experience in a Health and Safety Officer/Manager position.
  • NEBOSH/CMIOSH qualified with proven QHSE experience.
