Job description

Our client is an award winning business within Ipswich who are looking for a financial services administrator to join their busy team. Ideally you will have some previous office experience but graduates are considered. If you are looking for a company who will train, reward you and help support you with qualifications - this is the role for you.

Duties

  • Update systems in line with tasks set by team leader
  • Transferring information onto new systems
  • Liaising with third parties, other financial services providers and clients
  • Providing great customer service at all times
  • Efficently sending out correspondence
  • Liaising via email and telephone
  • Update clients and customers
  • Ensure compliance with financail regulations and internal policies
  • Colloborate with other departments

Requirements
- Office experience - Essential, although not much experience required!
- Desire to learn - Essential
- Strong knowledge of MS Office - Desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Essential
