Duties:

· Effective diary management, including arranging events, booking meetings rooms, equipment, and catering. Invite attendees, collate and circulate meeting papers, handouts, take and distribute Board and meeting minutes, follow up and support the completion on action items as required

· Travel management - organising travel, including flights, train journeys, accommodation

· Arranging and supporting with external events such as the annual events, Colleague Awards, Leadership events

· Organise and support the production of the Board reports and monthly business updates at all levels within the Group and its subsidiary companies

· Provide a range of information, research, and reports as required to support the requirements of the Executive Directors and the Group. This may include processing financial or statistical information; client profiles etc

· Provide an efficient and professional customer focused first point of contact

· Contribute to internal or external communications, e.g. drafting various documents, creating promotional literature and presentations

· Assisting with the induction and training of new team members (where appropriate)

· Coordinate and prioritise commitments, ensuring the efficient use of time

· Proactively manage emails, calls, and written correspondence on behalf of the Executive Directors

· Work alongside other Exec PA's and PA's to coordinate across the Group

· Handling confidential and sensitive information

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a personal assistant, supporting executive team/directors
  • Ability to build rapport with external clients
  • Professional, friendly demeanour
  • Ability to deal with changing priorities
  • Experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information

This role is 37.5 hours a week, mostly reporting to the town centre office, there is the opportunity for work for home but this is based on business need for that week.
