Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Home
Location: Maiden Bradley, Wiltshire | Salary: £33,664 - £34,881 per annum PLUS additional sleep in payment.
Hours: 39 per weeks
Required: Full UK Driving License
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join our clients team supporting the Home Manager in delivering high-quality, therapeutic care for children and young people. You'll lead by example, mentor your team, and help create a safe, nurturing home environment.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years' experience in a children's residential setting
• NVQ Level 3 or 4 in children's residential workforce
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted standards & safeguarding
• Experience managing budgets and rotas
• Willingness to work shifts and sleep-ins
• Full UK driving licence
