Customer Service Advisors
Pay:?£13.02 per hour, 37 hours per week
Location: Civic Centre - hybrid after training

Opus People Solutions have an exciting opportunity available on behalf of Walsall Council for Customer Service Advisors to join their Contact Centre.
As Customer Service Advisor you will act as a first point of contact for customers, enabling effective resolution of customer requests and aim in delivering a service which enable customers to increasingly self-serve.
Duties will include answering customer contacts through a variety of channels, providing the best customer experience, maintaining accurate and up to date records, providing clerical support when required and taking payments in accordance with the council's rules and regulations.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about being helpful, understanding and empowering customers by delivering a responsive and transparent in the service.
Suitable candidates for the role will have proven experience within a fast paced, customer facing office environment. Previous experience in Call Centre roles. Benefically, experience within a Benefits or Council Tax role previously will help you stand out from the crowd! Excellent verbal and communication skills are vital, along with a desire to learn, maintain excellent service delivery and remain calm and accurate, with a strong attention to detail when under working pressure or facing challenging situations.
This position is offered on a initial 3 month temporary basis, based on 37 hours per week full time at the rate of £13.02 per hour.
