Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming. This role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas including labs production areas.
• Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure effective sanitation.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation throughout the premises.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Interact with clients and staff in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any concerns or requests as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with clients and team members.
• Strong customer service skills are essential to ensure client satisfaction.
• Good communication skills are required to interact positively with colleagues and clients alike.
