Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of a respected business who manage claims on behalf of household names. They are operating currently from a work from home model. Although this business are doing work from home, the culture is still really strong and they regularly host online and offline events.

You will be onboarded with a full training programme and be provided equipment, and you will be fully supported in learning your new role.

Duties
- Process and review insurance claims
- Verify information on inhouse systems
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with claims
- Liaising with clients, mostly via email
- Maintain accurate records of claims processing activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Experience
- Previous experience in claims processing or a similar role ideally
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with claims processing software or systems
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
