Job description

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced claims handler to join our clients team. This role is unique and not like any standard claims handler role. This role is more strategic, and allows you to work within your team to liaise with clients regarding previous claims and to work to resolve issues going forward.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their recovery team. As a Claims Processor, you will be responsible for accurately processing and reviewing insurance claims. This is a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement for their clients.


  • Process insurance claims accurately and efficiently
  • Review claims for completeness and accuracy
  • Verify policy information and coverage details
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with claims
  • Communicate with insurance providers, clients, and other stakeholders regarding claim status or additional information needed
  • Maintain accurate records of claims processed
  • Follow established guidelines and procedures for claims processing
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow


  • Experienced within Insurance / Claims handling
  • Ability to liaise with professional individuals at all levels
  • Strong communicator
  • As this role is fully remote, need to be able to work on your own accord
