As a Children's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for young individuals in a children's residential home. Acting as a professional parent, you will offer nurturing care and support to young people.
A significant part of this role involves engaging in activities with the children, being creative, enjoying the outdoors, and having lots of fun! If you have a hobby you can share, even better! Your personal qualities are key to succeeding in this position. We're looking for naturally caring, empathetic individuals.

To be considered, you will have:
Transferrable skills - you don't need experience in a role exactly like this, but any position where you have skills that are transferrable eg. care, police, security, working with vulnerable people, education etc.
Naturally caring and empathetic nature
Full UK Driving Licence
