Opus People Solutions are seeking a Care Team Leader in Lowestoft.
Are you passionate about providing exceptional support and care for adults with learning disabilities? Do you have strong leadership skills and a dedication to making a positive impact?
As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team to deliver high-quality care and support for adults with learning disabilities. You will work half of your time on rota and half off, to ensure that all service users receive person-centred care tailored to their individual needs, promoting their independence and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of support workers to provide outstanding care.
Develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring they meet the specific needs and goals of each service user.
Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, rotas, and resource management.
Monitor and maintain high standards of care and support
Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day running of the service in line with CQC legislation.
Qualifications and Skills:
RQF Level 3 Award in Health & Social Care or similar qualification
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a social care setting.
Sound knowledge and experience of learning disabilities
UK Driving License
