We are seeking a Care Home Registered Manager in Norwich.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure CQC and regulatory standards are met, maintaining excellence in care delivery
- Performance Management: Regularly monitor and improve performance, ensuring best practices across the board
- Budget Management: Oversee budgets to maintain efficient operations
- Safety First: Proactively manage and address risks to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Experience: Proven experience managing nursing or residential care homes
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of CQC standards and requirements
- NMC Pin (Preferred): While a valid NMC pin is desirable, it's not essential
