Job Title: Candidate Onboarding Partner
Location: Hybrid - Office based and remote

Salary: circa £25,000

We're looking for a Candidate Onboarding Partner to join our team.
Opus People Solutions is a people focused recruitment provider. We connect public services with skilled workers, making sure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
This is a key role focused on supporting candidates from offer stage through to their assignment start date. You'll make sure onboarding is smooth, compliant and delivered with excellent customer service and care. You'll also work closely with our supplier partners to help onboard third party agency workers into public sector placements.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing onboarding checks such as right to work, references and DBS
• Keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout their journey
• Working closely with recruitment consultants and supplier partners to meet start dates
• Making sure compliance standards are met and records are audit ready
• Flagging risks and delays early and helping resolve them
• Keeping systems updated and files accurate

What we're looking for:

• Experience in recruitment admin, compliance/onboarding or recruitment support
• Confidence speaking to candidates and managing expectations
• A clear and confident communicator who's not afraid to pick up the phone
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• A proactive approach and ability to manage your own workload
• Comfortable working with systems and following structured processes
