Job description

Opus People Solutions on behalf of Peterborough City Council are looking for 3 well experienced call handlers to join the Citizens Advice Team.

The role is full- time, 37 hrs per week. Remote or office based option available. Online training will be provided.

Main accountabilities:

  • Answering phone calls and dealing with queries regarding Fund Support Scheme
  • Data input
  • Processing applications

Main skills:

  • Excellent telephone manners
  • Good, working knowledge of Excel (working with spreadsheets)
  • Experience of working in a customer service type role and or providing a service to the public as well as the ability to work independently and manage and prioritise your own workload is essential.
