Shona McCullough

​Shona has spent nearly 8 years at Opus. She has a background working in local authorities and is passionate about the difference Opus can make in the public sector. She has an interest in how policy can affect the workforce, and enjoys helping to create solutions in this dynamic sector.

Outside of work, Shona enjoys spending time outside with her son and is an avid reader in her downtime.
