Michele Jackson

Michele has worked within the MSP arena for the last 15 years, with the majority of her time within public sector. Michele has also managed teams of onboarding/engagement partners in both Public and Private Sector and now as Delivery Manager, oversees our recruitment teams within the Managed Service Provision at Opus. 

Michele is a positive person and loves coaching team members to really bring the best version of themselves to work. She describes herself as “one of those people that will always look to find a better way to do things and challenge the norm” and takes pride in ensuring that any new processes/presentations/reports etc. are visually appealing and meaningful to the specific audience.

Outside of work, Michele spends time with her husband and two children, mostly on the side-lines of the football pitch or supporting her daughter in her Theatre Train performances.
