Megan brings over three years of specialised experience in MSP recruitment, working across diverse sectors. Like many in the industry, she found her way into recruitment unexpectedly and has been passionate about it ever since. Megan thrives on partnering with hiring managers to help them build their teams and guiding candidates through each step of the recruitment process, from initial contact to their first day on the job.

Currently, Megan supports recruitment efforts across multiple authorities and is eager to see where her career journey leads next.

In addition to her recruitment expertise, Megan holds a degree in dance, which she teaches in her free time, and is a proud dog mom to two Frenchie’s, Nova and Ivy.
