James Carr

James is an experienced recruiter and our Head of Social Work, with over 15 years of experience in the public sector. Working in both Adult and Children’s social work, James recruits candidates for specific roles including Directors, Senior Managers, and Social Workers. James is proud and passionate about the role he delivers within the business and enjoys building relationships with clients to help fulfil their recruitment needs.

In his spare time James enjoys football and has previously scored in the FA Cup and won two cup finals at Portman Road, missing a penalty in one of them!
