Ben Dixon

​Ben joined Opus in January 2024 as the Head of Region for the West Midlands. Ben has dedicated over thirteen years of his career recruiting to the public sector. He has built recruitment teams from startup to established who supply to local government and the NHS. Because of this, he has a wealth of management and strategic operational experience along with a knowledge of the sectors which is second to none.

Away from the office, Ben has a young family so is currently a soft play enthusiast and spends much of his time in parks running around after his daughter. He holds a passion for boxing and is fascinated by artificial intelligence and what it holds for the future of the workforce.
