Leading Lives provides high quality social care support for people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs across Suffolk and beyond in the home and in the community.

They are an employee owned, not-for-profit social enterprise and any surplus made is re-invested back into services for customers or in the local community through our Community Benefit Fund.

We are currently seeking support workers with a genuine desire to work in social care and make a difference to join Leading Lives 24 hours Supported Living Services in Bury St Edmunds.

This is a varied and extremely rewarding role that lets you see first hand the impact of your work. As a support worker, you’ll provide support to individuals to maximise their independence and potential.
