We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Support Worker to join our friendly Day Centre teams. This is an exciting opportunity to support adults to live fulfilling lives, develop new skills, build confidence, and engage in meaningful activities within a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support individuals attending the day centre with their personal goals and outcomes.
Engage in a range of activities, including arts and crafts, cooking, life skills, community outings, and wellbeing sessions.
Promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect at all times.
Build positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals.
Support individuals with personal care when required.
Complete accurate records and documentation.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in health and social care is essential.
