About the Role:
Based at Brinsley Primary & Nursery, NG16 5AZ, you will be working 8:15am to 1:15pm, Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week, 39.2 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in preparing and serving high quality school meals while supporting the smooth day to day operation of the kitchen.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals in line with menu specifications.
- Supporting the daily operation of the kitchen and maintaining service standards.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure an efficient catering service.
- Following food safety, hygiene and Health and Safety requirements.
- Assisting with stock control and helping to minimise waste.
- Completing records in line with company procedures.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
