Recruitment Team Leader
Location: Hybrid - With offices across the UK in Ipswich, Cambridge, Milton Keynes, Northampton and Walsall, we welcome applications from candidates based within easy commuting distance of any of our offices (client visits will also be required)

We are looking for a motivated and driven Team Leader to join our growing Industrial and Admin Team. About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will oversee the end-to-end temporary recruitment lifecycle for designated customers while providing leadership, guidance, and support to your team. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality recruitment service that exceeds expectations.
You will play a key role in driving service delivery, improving operational performance, and ensuring recruitment activities are conducted efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage recruitment delivery across assigned customer accounts within Industrial and Admin vertical
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Provide a consultative recruitment service to hiring managers.
- Conduct detailed vacancy briefings and recruitment planning sessions.
- Develop effective attraction and sourcing strategies to secure top talent.
- Manage candidate and customer expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure recruitment systems are updated accurately and in real time.
- Monitor service delivery against agreed SLAs and performance targets.
- Support reporting and management information requirements.
- Act as an escalation point for recruitment queries and issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the service.
- Support team development and lead by example.
About You
You will be an experienced recruiter with strong leadership capabilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally within an agency, MSP, or in-house environment with knowledge of industrial and admin vacancies
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to analyse information, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading team members.
