People Advisor - Rainworth, Mansfield
£35,000 per annum | 25 days holiday + bank holidays
We're looking for an experienced People Advisor to join our growing People Team in the East Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality People support across the group, partnering with Operational Managers across the UK.

You'll provide expert advice, coaching and support across a broad range of employee relations matters, including performance, disciplinary, absence, redundancy, reorganisation and TUPE. You'll also support safeguarding investigations, advise on policies and employment legislation, work with trade unions where required, and coach managers to confidently manage people matters.
You'll work closely with our People Business Partners, contribute to continuous improvement, deliver manager training and provide insightful People data to support business decisions.
We're looking for someone with strong HR casework experience, up-to-date employment law knowledge, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. CIPD Level 5 or above is essential.
