As we continue to expand our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Workforce Solutions offering, we're seeking a Head of Region to lead a portfolio of strategic client partnerships across our West Midlands and North region.
This is a role where you'll have the opportunity to shape regional strategy, drive commercial growth, strengthen client relationships and develop high-performing teams while helping our clients solve workforce challenges.
The Opportunity
As Head of Region, you'll be responsible for the strategic and operational performance of a portfolio of MSP and workforce solutions clients. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across public sector and local government organisations, helping them develop workforce strategies that deliver better outcomes while driving growth and performance across your region.
Leading a team of Operations Managers, you'll inspire excellence, drive accountability and ensure exceptional service delivery while identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen client partnerships.
What We're Looking For
You'll ideally bring:
- Significant experience within MSP, RPO, workforce solutions, recruitment or managed service environments.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record of delivering growth.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience working with local authorities, public sector organisations or framework-based contracts.
- The ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven leadership experience, developing high-performing teams and driving results through others.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence engaging senior decision-makers.
