About the Role:
Based at The High Lodge Cafe, Trossachs Road, Stirling, FK8 3SX you will be working 37.5 hours a week roughly from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Your responsibilities will include
Supporting the Catering Manager in supervision of the café including monitoring hygiene standards, staff training and all day-to-day operations of the kitchen and front of house.
Administrative work, including placing orders, cash handling, stock control and monitoring of food budgets
Checking and recording all food/non-food deliveries and taking any necessary action required
Helping the manager to control costs for consumables and staff labour to ensure the business is profitable
Who are we looking for?
Previous experience of supervising staff with the ability to motivate team members effectively and support the Catering Manager
Listening and responding to colleagues, customers and suppliers needs to achieve the best outcome and service
The ability to adapt and respond to change in a growing organisation and make decisions when required.
