We're seeking an ambitious In-House Recruiter to join our RPO team, supporting recruitment across the Vertas Group. You'll play a vital role in attracting top talent, building trusted stakeholder relationships, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish.

The Role
As an In-House Recruiter, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of permanent and temporary vacancies. From sourcing and screening candidates through to offer management, you'll ensure the business attracts, engages, and secures the very best talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns, primarily for blue-collar and operational roles.
  • Support ongoing temporary recruitment requirements across the business.
  • Advertise vacancies across a variety of job boards and recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pools to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen applications, conduct telephone and virtual interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Arrange interviews and manage the offer process from start to finish.
  • Develop strong working relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted recruitment partner.
  • Provide market insight and recruitment advice, considering local labour trends and recruitment challenges.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.

About You
We're looking for a proactive, organised, and customer-focused recruiter who can confidently manage a varied workload and build effective relationships across the business.

You'll Have:

  • Proven experience in an in-house or high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Experience recruiting for Facilities Management, operational, or blue-collar roles is desirable.
  • A genuine passion for recruitment and delivering excellent candidate experiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to work independently and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with flexibility to travel between client sites as required.
