About the Role:
Based at Greythorn Primary, NG2 7GH, you will be working 12.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 11:15am to 1:45pm, 39.2 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high quality school catering services, helping to provide nutritious meals and excellent customer service to pupils and staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving food to pupils, staff and visitors
- Assisting with food preparation
- Setting up and clearing dining areas
- Operating tills and handling transactions where required
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
- Washing up and cleaning kitchen equipment
- Replenishing food and catering supplies
- Following food safety and allergen procedures
- Supporting the wider catering team as required
