About the Role:
Based at Greenwood Primary School, NG17 8FX, you will be working 30 hours a week, 39.2 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in ensuring the delivery of nutritious meals and compliance with food safety standards.
Your responsibilities will include * Manage the day to day running of the school kitchen, this is a lone worker position
* Prepare and serve meals to pupils and staff
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
* Order stock and manage budgets effectively
* Supervise and support kitchen staff
Who are we looking for? * Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Knowledge of food safety standards
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What You'll Bring * Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* The right to work in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
