About the Role:
Based across the Newark and Ashfield area, you will be working 9:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, 39.2 weeks per year. As a Mobile Assistant Cook, you will support catering operations across multiple sites, helping to prepare and serve nutritious meals while maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the preparation and cooking of meals in accordance with menu requirements.
- Assisting kitchen teams across multiple locations.
- Serving food and providing excellent customer service.
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assisting with stock control, deliveries and food storage.
- Following Health and Safety and food safety procedures at all times.
- Supporting Head of Kitchen colleagues with day to day kitchen operations.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous catering experience is desirable.
