About the Role:
Based at St Georges COE Primary School, DE11 9FJ, you will be working 6:00am to 9:00am and 4:00pm to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in providing high quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out day to day maintenance and minor repairs.
- Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
- Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
- Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties.
- Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and having a willingness to attend training courses including Health and Safety, all training will be provided.
- Opening and securing the premises as required.
