6 Month Interim Contract
Rugby Borough Council is seeking an experienced Waste Services professional to support a key service improvement programme. The successful candidate will drive operational improvements, enhance service performance, embed safe working practices, and support management teams through coaching and mentoring.
Key Requirements:
- Significant experience within Waste Services or a similar operational environment.
- Proven track record of service improvement and change management.
- Strong knowledge of operational compliance and Health & Safety.
- Experience developing procedures, processes, and performance management frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Key Deliverables:
- Improved operational processes and governance.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Enhanced performance reporting and service monitoring.
- Improved training, competency, and management capability.
- Sustainable operational improvements and increased service resilience.
