About the Role:
Based in Endeavour House, Ipswich, IP1 2BX you will be working 35 hours a week 1 from 5:40am - 1:10pm and week 2 from 12:30pm - 8pm Monday to Friday.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Report larger maintenance issues to supervisors or contractors.
- Monitor building systems (heating, cooling, lighting) and ensure proper functioning.
- Lock and unlock buildings, rooms, and facilities as scheduled.
- Ensure entrances, exits, and emergency routes remain clear.
- Cleaning / maintaining the outside areas using machines.
- Daily tasks such as replenishing consumables eg. Tea/coffee/ paper in printers
- Weekly compliance testing (fire alarms, water flushing, lift alarms)
- Drivers Licence essential for out of hours call outs.
