About the Role:
Based at Ernehale Infant School, NG5 6TA, you will be working 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 11:30 to 13:30, term time only, 39.2 weeks per year, earning £12.71 per hour.
This role offers a great work life balance with daytime hours, Monday to Friday. You will play an important part in supporting the delivery of a friendly and efficient catering service for pupils and staff.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the preparation and serving of meals to pupils and staff
Ensuring kitchen and dining areas are clean, tidy, and safe
Following food safety, hygiene, and health standards
Assisting with basic kitchen duties and stock handling
Working as part of a team to deliver a high quality service
Who are we looking for?
Experience in a catering, kitchen, or customer facing role is beneficial
A positive and reliable attitude
Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards
Ability to work well as part of a team
