About the Role:
Based at Saputo Nuneaton, Bermuda Park, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, CV107RG you will be working 12 hours a week on Friday and Saturday night from 8pm - 2am. You'll play a key role in preparing and serving high-quality food that meets our standards and delights our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Food preparation in a canteen setting.
- Cooking and service: managing your station and delivering food on time.
- Safety and hygiene: following best practices with equipment, utensils, and food storage.
- Stock management: keeping ingredients fresh and reordering stock, when supplies run low.
- Teamwork: collaborating with the culinary team to maintain quality and service throughout the shift.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven chef experience, ideally in contract catering.
- Knowledge of cooking methods and processes, with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
