About the Role:
Based at Ernehale Juniors - NG5 6TA, you will be working 30 hours a week (07:45 to 13:45) during 39.2 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in ensuring the delivery of nutritious meals and compliance with food safety standards.
Your responsibilities will include
Manage the day-to-day running of the school kitchen
Prepare and serve meals to pupils and staff
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Order stock and manage budgets effectively
Supervise and support kitchen staff
Who are we looking for?
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Knowledge of food safety standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
